STONEWALL PRIDE TYPICALLY HAS 50,000 VISITORS TO THIS EVENT.  There are only three gates where the visitors can enter. This year one of those gates will be at the opposite end of the Leather & Bear Pride festival area guaranteeing 1/3 of the 50,000 will walk past your booth. Additionally there will be signs in the main festival area directing people to this overflow space.  The fee for a vendor booth through pride is as high as $2800, We have kept the cost of vending in this area as low as possible only covering the costs of the setup. We hope this provides an opportunity for small businesses to participate in pride.

Vendor Fee for Leather & Bear Pride at Stonewall Pride 2025 (“THE EVENT”) on Saturday April 12th, 2 PM to 9 PM.

Fee is for one 10′ x 10′ space @ $200 per space ($150 for Non-Profits). One 0' x 10' Canopy tent with no walls,1 table that is 6' or 8' (cannot chose), one chair and limited power up to 100 ft away is provided by the event organizer and included in the cost.

$250 for food trucks and food vendors who are preparing food onsite.

ALL FOOD TRUCKS AND VENDORS PREPARING FOOD ONSITE MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN POWER.

VERY IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR 2025 REGARDING VEHICULAR ACCESS

Due to increased security measures, access to the vendor market area will be extremely limited.

Starting at 4:00 PM Friday, all vehicular access to the Bear & Leather Pride area will be stopped by WMPD with absolutely no exceptions and any vehicles remaining in the festival area will be towed or disabled in place.  Access to the rest of the Stonewall Pride festival area will end at 4 AM Saturday morning.

THESE RULES FORBIDDING ANY VEHICLES IN THE FESTIVAL AREA WILL BE ENFORCED WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY OTHER MATTER. ALL VEHICLES STILL IN THE FESTIVAL AREA AT 4 PM WILL ABSOLUTELY BE TOWED AT THE DIRECTION OF WILTON MANORS POLICE. IF THE VEHICLE CANNOT BE TOWED IT WILL BE DOUBLE BARRICADED IN PLACE AND WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL APPROX. 4 AM SUNDAY MORNING. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Be sure to carefully read the rules at the bottom of this form for information regarding access and delivery of materials and removal of same. There is also additional information regarding security measures that will affect vendors.

For security reasons, every participant at the Stonewall Pride Festival must be individually registered and have their own ticket for the event; that includes spectators, VENDORS and parade participants.

Reservations on this site are only for the vendor booth, and do NOT include the required individual admission passes for each person working a vendor booth.

EXTENDED DAYS/HOURS FOR SELECT VENDORS and FOOD TRUCKS

The central core area of the Leather & Bear Pride at Stonewall Pride area will be opening Friday evening at 7 pm through 230 am. There is limited space for approximately 20 vendors and all food trucks.

Participating in this area permits the vendor to avoid all issues with access to the site and provides additional vending hours.

The outer portion of the Leather & Bear Pride area will close with the rest of the festival at 11 PM Saturday Evening. But the core area will also stay open past 11 PM on Saturday when the main festival area closes.

Vendors will not be able to depart the core area until approximately 2:30 AM Saturday. 

If your vendor space will require extra time to set up or absolutely requires vehicular access, then you are  encouraged to set your space up Friday Afternoon and complete by 6 PM. You will be expected to vend in this area at a minimum from 9 PM to 1 AM Friday evening. 

Vendors must make their own arrangements for sidewalls to install on the canopy overnight.

Vendor is solely responsible for the security of their property at all times including the overnight period. However, RBK Productions, LLC will provide two security guards on site overnight until 10 AM.

There is a $50 uncharge for this early access and expanded hours offer.

Vendors only need to pay this fee if they plan to vend on Friday and during the extended hours on Saturday. If vendor is only going to set up their booth on Friday, the fee is not required.

Expanded Vending Hours
Participating in this area permits the vendor to have vehicular access to the site for setup until 4 pm Friday only. Vendor will have no vehicular access to the site again until approx. 3 am Sunday morning. Vendor must arrive at the area and be set up with all vehicles removed by 4 PM. Vendor will open booth for business Friday evening from 7 PM to 2:30 am and Saturday from 3 pm to 2:30 am. The outer portion of the Leather & Bear Pride area will close with the rest of the festival at 11 PM Saturday Evening. Insurance and Electric

INSURANCE: As a standard requirement of all RBK, LLC Exhibitors/Vendors, it is necessary for you to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

If you do not have this coverage in place, we have made arrangements for all of our Exhibitors to acquire this coverage at significant savings by purchasing as part of a group. If you do not already have insurance, you can easily purchase single event insurance online. We have made arrangements with our underwriter to to provide coverage for our vendors. Proof of alternative coverage, satisfying these minimums, or secured coverage through the link provided above must be in place prior to the Festival. You will not be allowed to participate without proper insurance coverage in place, naming "Asta Parking & ACS 2205 LLC.", and "RBK Prodictions, LLC" and "City of Wilton Manors" and "Stone Wall Pride, Inc." and Spartacus Night Club, LLC" all as Additional Insureds. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY PAID VENDOR FEES IF THE VENDOR FAILS TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED INSURANCE CERTIFICATES AND IS PROHIBITED FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT.

Electric:
Limited electric is available at no additional charge. Any vendor requiring electric should plan to bring 100 feet of extension cord. The electric service available is suitable only for limited low power LED Lighting and basic POS needs. If you will require additional electric service above 100 watts, please note that here and contact Event Site Logistics (email address listed at end of RULES section) to determine if and how you can be accommodated. There may be additional charges for the increased power usage.

Food Vendors

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
FOR FOOD TRUCKS
REGARDING ACCESS

FOOD TRUCKS ARE THE ONLY EXCEPTION REGARDING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN THE FESTIVAL AREA.

However, we do not yet know the exact timing of that access. We do know that it will be extremely controlled and regulated requiring prior arrangements with RBK Productions, Stonewall Pride and Wilton Manors Police Department. Food trucks will be required to submit additional information regarding the vehicle and driver. Entry will be at a specific location and at specified times with only very narrow windows of time.  Each truck is expected to be escorted by police to its final location and it is possible the police will take some measure to disable the truck such as barricades.

This is all manageable but it means we cannot control the time of your entry. We assume it will be very early in the day.

Alternately the food truck area is within the confines of the area we will be opening Friday evening. It is our preference to have a food truck open for business at that time but we also acknowledge that it may not be appropriate to have 3 trucks cooking at that time.  Therefore, food trucks are encouraged but not required to be open Friday evening. Food trucks can drive directly to their space Friday BEFORE 4 PM and bring in supplies via a vehicle. If you need additional refrigerated space, arrangements might be possible by reaching out the on-site logistics manager IN ADVANCE.

When the main festival area closes Saturday at 11 PM, the core of our area will continue until 2:30 am. we expect too be very busy doing this time period as everything else will be closing and it is our experience that people want the party to keep going. Food trucks are haughty encouraged to remain open at this time.

No matter whether you choose to stay open past 11 pm on Saturday, food trucks will not be able to leave the festival area until the police permit it and the barricades are removed making it possible. We do not expect this to happen before 1 am or later.

FOOD TRUCKS CAN EXPECT THE POLICE TO BOOT YOUR TRUCK FOR TH DURATION OF THE FESTIVAL.

Describe your food truck. How long is it? Is it a trailer-towed by another vehicle? How long is the tow vehicle and the trailer together? Will you drop the trailer and remove the tow vehicle? Do you have any special setup requirements

VENDOR MARKET RULES

I understand and agree to the following:

THE EVENT opens to the public on Friday from 7 PM to 3:00 AM and on Saturday from 3 PM TO 11 PM with an extended time to 3 AM for select vendors.

THE EVENT is rain or shine and there will be no refunds due to weather.

No refunds will be issued for any vendor fees where the vendor has failed to provide documents as required here or has failed to comply with any licensing or permitting requirements of any local, state or federal government entity.

Vendors are required to vend on Saturday from 3 PM to 11 PM. Friday Hours are optional but require prearrangement with the vendor market coordinator. Extended hours on Saturday from 11 PM to 2:30 AM are also optional but must be prearranged with the vendor market coordinator. 

Vendors may begin to arrive no earlier than 3 PM on Friday and11 AM Saturday for load in and setup. Set up must be complete by 6 PM Friday and 2 PM Saturday. If you require additional setup time, please contact the vendor market coordinator. If you need to bring supplies directly to your space by vehicle, you must have everything delivered to your vendor space by 4 PM Friday. After 4 PM Friday there will be no more vehicular access to this area of the festival. If you require special arrangements or have questions, please contact Event Site Logistics. (email address listed below)  You will absolutely not have any vehicular access to any part of the festival area, including this vendor area after 4 PM by order and enforcement of WMPD.  

After 4 PM Friday, vendors should plan to bring their own carts to move any supplies from the edges of the festival area.

Vehicular access to the vendor area will not resume until some time after Midnight Saturday at the earliest and very likely not until several hours after the end of the festival. Vendors must still vacate the area taking all materials with them no later than 60 minutes after the festival end.  Vendors may not break down their spaces prior to 15 minutes before the closing of their festival area.

Any vendor using a canopy provided by the THE EVENT must be completely cleaned up and out from under the Canopy by 30 minutes after the close of the area in which they are vending. 

Electric use is limited to no more than 100 watts.

No vendor, including food vendors, may sell any drinks containing alcohol.  Sale of non-alcohol drinks may be limited or prohibited at the producer's discretion. Drinks that are similar or equal to drinks for sale by the producer or it's affiliates may not be sold at a lower price than the producer. 

Placement of vendors within the vendor area is entirely at the discretion of THE EVENT producers and staff. The layout and placement of vendors within the vendor area will be finalized approximately 7-10 days prior to the event. The layout will be provided to all vendors at that time. If a vendor has any concerns or special requests regarding placement they must be communicated to the vendor market coordinator (email address listed below) no more than 30 days prior to the event.

All Vendors are expected to dispose of all trash and unwanted items in the trash cans provided or the dumpster to the rear of the building.  Disposal of bulk items is prohibited.
