One 10' x 10' Canopy tent with no walls,1 table that is 6' or 8' (cannot chose), one chair. If you do not already have insurance, you can easily purchase single event insurance online. We have made arrangements with our underwriter to to provide coverage for our vendors. Set up must be complete by 2 PM Saturday. Set up must be complete by 2 PM Saturday. (email address listed below)\u00a0 You will absolutely not have any vehicular access to any part of the festival area, including this vendor area after 10 AM by order and enforcement of WMPD.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vendors should plan to bring their own carts to move any supplies from the edges of the festival area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vehicular access to the vendor area will not resume until some time after Midnight Saturday at the earliest and very likely not until several hours after the end of the festival. Vendors must still vacate the area taking all materials with them no later than 60 minutes after the festival end.\u00a0 Vendors may not break down their spaces prior to 15 minutes before the closing of their festival area.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any vendor using a canopy provided by the THE EVENT must be completely cleaned up and out from under the Canopy by 30 minutes after the close of the area in which they are vending.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Electric use is limited to no more than 100 watts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No vendor, including food vendors, may sell any drinks containing alcohol.\u00a0 Sale of non-alcohol drinks may be limited or prohibited at the producer's discretion. Drinks that are similar or equal to drinks for sale by the producer or it's affiliates may not be sold at a lower price than the producer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Placement of vendors within the vendor area is entirely at the discretion of THE EVENT producers and staff.
